Multivitamins
Do you need one? Most experts agree that there is simply not enough evidence to argue for or against the use of multivitamins. However, there is likely little downside, and they do offer the convenience of having many vitamins and minerals within one pill.
Who needs it? It's likely to be of greater value for guys with the type of diet in which vegetables are an endangered species and fruits take the form of an Orange Julius.
Where to get it: Your friendly neighborhood vitamin store.
How much: Take as prescribed on the box.
