While not perfect, medical research is much better informed than that spacey hippie re-stocking the supplement aisle, who's only too happy to tell you what to buy.

If I'm aimed to build my body, I wonder how many tones of grass/ a day I should eat to get the needed amount of calories or vitamins?! I'd better swallow one little pill.
