You know what's the most embarrassing thing ever? When you get this really hot-looking girl tattooed on your leg and the breasts just don't look realistic enough.

The solution, at least for a Canadian man, was to get some silicone breast implants put in. The result was a a little bumpy, but he says he's happy with the enhanced result, according to the Website ModBlog which documented the minor surgery.

A few more additions we'd like to suggest:

1. Grafted-on Velcro patches that would allow her to change clothing.

2. Intra-implant device which would produce lactating effect from the tattoo's boobies (but into which you could pipe beer or soft drinks to be enjoyed at parties).

3. Mini push-up bra to keep the implants from sagging as she ages.
