There are late-night parties (usually just before payday) when you want to keep the drinks flowing, but all you have in your wallet is a useless ATM card and that rapidly disintegrating "emergency condom."Don't panic: Necessity is not only the mother of invention; she's also an excellent barmaid.
If there are at least a few drops left in your liquor cabinet, dig through your fridge and you'll find some great, unexpected mixers that defy poverty.
Desperate Drinkers, Pay it Forward: Leave your innovative recipes in the comments section, and we'll make another gallery of drinks (after we do some careful testing).

Whenever possible use airline size bottles, they're the best bang for the buck and they're perfect for measuring. Usually one bottle is equal to 2 oz. or basically 2 shots.
Chocogasm
1 qt. of your favorite chocolate milk
2 mini bottles of vodka
2 mini bottles of Bailey's
1 mini bottle of Godiva Chocolate liquor
3 cups of ice
Put ice into the blender, add the mini bottles, and pour in as much of the milk as you can without making the blender erupt, the amount will vary depending on the size of your blender. Blend until the ice becomes slushy, if you'd like to throw in some extras, a tablespoon or two of peanut butter, or a banana, or a scoop or two of your favorite ice cream would work well. It's like a mudslide on steroids..
If you'd prefer something warm..
Granny Monk's Apple Pie Toddy
6 oz. Apple juice
1 oz. Ginger Brandy
A pinch of cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice, or cinnamon candy if you're really in a financial bind,2 red hots would probably work well.
Put the apple juice and cinnamon/candy into a coffee mug, microwave for about 90 seconds until it's nice and hot, add the brandy and stir to mix everything together. It'll warm the body and the soul..

We ran out of orange juice at a party & started making Fuzzy Navels with Tang. Not sure if NASA would approve!

This was from desperate days in boarding school(Storm King). They were yummy back then.We used what we had but of course you can imagine substitutions for the more mature.
Southern Slush
Fill a large vessel of some sort, lets say a drinking glass for measurements sake.
Pack full of freshly fallen snow. Sprinkle a decent amount of powdered iced tea mix over the snow.Maybe 4 Tablespoons.
Then top off with Southern Comfort enough to make it slushy.
The alcohol sometimes melts the snow too much so you will need to add more snow then you'll need a bigger glass then you'll need more SoCo and more iced tea mix and before you know it you have dirtied 3 glasses and have a huge serving that you will have to find someone to share with.Maybe you wont and then just sit back and enjoy.

Bimbo's
Mix champagne and grapefruit juice. It tastes so much better than a mimosa.
Not so sweet!
