There you see her, totally uninhibited, sunbathing topless in a public park."Nice figure," you say, stating the obvious. She smiles and looks at you shyly. She responds, "It's only fair that if you see mine, I should see yours." Too good to be true? Seriously, dude -- it is.
Robin Garrison, an off-duty firefighter learned this lesson the hard way after whipping his piece out in response to such a seemingly innocuous come-on.
The 42-year-old found out that the lady in question was actually a lure in a sting operation conducted by the local police department. As soon as he was out in the open, an undercover police van pulled up, and officers jumped out to arrest him. Legal experts warn that this type of operation is a form of entrapment (i.e., coercing a person to commit a crime), but police say it's fair game.
Questions Raised: Would you drop trou for topless woman in park? Do you think the 5-0 is playing fair?

That is sadly one of the bad things about this wonderful free country of ours that the people in this country allow police to become above the law and that many idiots think it is just fine and dandy to just let the police do whatever they want and I think those officers should be punished and not just the paid vacations that many of these law breaking cops get besides I don't know any not gay man that wouldn't show his package to a woman who was asking for it they better come and arrest me because I would show mine in a heart beat

That is just dumb if he got in trouble then she should get in trouble to. really she should get in more trouble because she asked to see him, no one asked to see her(Even though most would want to).

Yea, I would say he got a raw deal on that one. She did lure him in. Is it legal to be topless there?
