(Our happy hour fact to amaze your drinking buddies with.) Wearing high heels may directly improve a woman's sex life by boosting her pelvic muscles, according to a new Italian study.
Dr. Maria Cerruto, an Italian urologist and a fan of the high heel, studied 66 women who held their feet at a 15 degree angle to the ground.
She found their posture was just as good as women in flat shoes and noted signs their pelvic muscles were stronger, which experts say may improve their sex lives.
The health benefits of low-cut dresses and mini-skirts remain unexplained, so far. But rest assured that we at Asylum are working on it.
