Chocolate Truffles

No prizes for guessing which ingredient will be the most impressive here. It's an obvious, but universal, truth: Chocolate can't fail.

For simplicity, you can melt some decent chocolate over a low gas flame, and serve in a heated bowl with strawberries and marshmallows on the side. Messy, but tasty.

For the risk-takers among you, London-based chocolate maker Will Sprunt has put together a chocolate truffle recipe for us. A basic chocolate mousse would also work. And the rewards could be substantial.
