Grilled Shrimp

This recipe for grilled shrimp will start your meal off with a kick. It's also hard to mess up and will sound cool sizzling in the pan.

Just make sure the shrimp is fresh. Our rule of thumb? If you stole the shrimp from the trash can behind Red Lobster, you're on the wrong track. Good shrimp should smell clean and slightly salty. The shell should be firm and intact. If it's cracked or starting to fall away, you may be out of luck.

While you can order fresh seafood online, there will always be an element of risk. Try looking for a local fish market, or a good fresh seafood counter at your local supermarket.
