Short guys have plenty of problems. At crowded concerts, they can never see the stage. When it comes to basketball, they can't dunk (respect to Mugsy Bogues). Tall women? Almost out of the question (props to Napoleon Bonaparte).

But, even at 2'9" and under 20 pounds, Indian muscleman Aditya "Romeo" Dev isn't going to admit the chips are stacked against him. He's been working out, he's begun to draw crowds, and he can now lift 3.5 pound dumbbells.

Romeo is quoted as saying: "I've been training as a bodybuilder for the last two years, and by now I think I must be the strongest dwarf in the world.... I have always been fit but since I started working out, I have become famous for my strength."
