We're not sure when being a former porn star qualified a person to write comics, but the day has arrived. In Jenna Jameson's new "Shadow Hunter," a blond babe who serves as a proxy for Jameson is living the typical New York life, seeing visions of demons and struggling to pay the rent, when suddenly a medical experiment fails and...her demons come to life!
Now "Jezzerie Jaden" has to kill demons with a sword that comes out of her arm. It's "Buffy The Vampire Slayer" with more sex and fewer rejoinders.
This leaves us with just one question, if they turn "Shadow Hunter" into a movie, will it be a porno?

There are few things in this world I hate more than that, celebrities getting shit handed to them, while the actual actors and actresses who haven't been discovered (or in this case, authors and illustrators and whatever original characters they might have dreamed up) are overshadowed by said celebrity's stupidity and the fact that they are spoiled rotten. Excuse my french, but if someone wants to make a serious effort to delve into a new market, it should be just that - SERIOUS. All this just comes off like a joke, some vapid eye candy for an equally vapid generation. Thanks, Jenna Jameson.

Get your facts straight before reporting it as fact (this goes for the commentors, as well):
1) This book isn't pornographic and has no nudity or sex.
2) Jenna Jameson didn't write it, she co-plotted it with Christina Z, who actually did write it.
And, since I know people will be questioning whether I am qualified to make these statements, I wrote an advance review on this book, from an advance copy I received from the publishing company. (I'd link to it but I think that could be considered spam).
