You know you're in California when there's a trade school dedicated to the proper principles of growing weed (uh, for medical purposes, of course).

For $200 and the cost of two textbooks, the Bay Area's new Oaksterdam University will give you lessons in how to legally cultivate and cook cheeba so that you can toke, er, take part in the state's thriving medical-marijuana trade. The class teaches which strains are best for particular ailments, and gives legal advice to prospective home growers. So far, there have been 60 students for the two-day seminar.

"My basic idea is to try to professionalize the industry and have it taken seriously as a real industry, just like beer and distilling hard alcohol," says founder Richard Lee.

Questions Raised: Dude, is it true that if you study for the exam when you're baked, then you should get high before you take it, too? More importantly: What happened to the Cheetos that were here just last night?
