Property destruction charges against a bikini model in Japan have been dropped after an appeals court determined that the size of her breasts meant that she couldn't have committed the crime.

Last year, Serena Kozakura was convicted of kicking a hole in her boyfriend's door and crawling into his house -- allegedly because she was upset that he was cheating on her. But her lawyer showed in court that the hole in the door was too narrow for her to have squeezed into. She claims the man made the hole himself.

At a news conference, Kozakura said that her breasts deserved credit for the victory in court. "I was always worried about being a bit fat, but this time I was glad."

If her bust hadn't kept her from being busted, she would have faced 14 months in prison for the crime.
