Other cultures may celebrate the harvest and fertility with cornucopias, but the recently completed Japanese Honen festival gets a little more graphic, as partiers play with giant wooden penises.

Revelers carry the aforementioned massive penis from one shrine to another, and the festivities include penis-shaped food and praying while rubbing stone testicles.

The most elaborate and well-known of these spring rites takes place in Komaki, in Aichi Prefecture in central Japan.

For anyone worried about going home empty-handed, penis souvenirs are also available.

We're assuming they mean penis key chains and neckties. But if anyone sees a snow globe, snag that for us.
