"Iron Maiden" takes on a whole new meaning when your city has been turned into a war zone. "Heavy Metal in Baghdad" follows one of Iraq's only heavy metal bands, Acrassicauda or "Black Scorpion," for three years after the invasion. During this time, the band receives death threats from religious fundamentalists, their fans flee or are killed, and their practice space is destroyed by a scud missile.

They are a band literally struggling to stay alive.
