Aussie Norm Moreen gets the Asylum Silver Star after jumping on top of a crocodile and gouging its eyes out to save his wife, Wendy Petherick.Moreen saw the huge reptile lock its jaws on his wife's leg, and he immediately jumped into the fray, wrestling the croc, feeling around its face and finally poking out its eyes with his thumbs. If Moreen hadn't been there, Petherick says the crocodile would have soon "death rolled" her (crocodiles roll and twist under water to kill and eat their victims).
"When you need to save someone that you love, you just do it," Moreen is quoted as saying. "It's pretty scary, but you have no time for thinking, you know?"
If there's anything Norm wants to teach us about dealing with gruff cab drivers, we're all ears.

They should of showed a pictured of that guys wife.
Either she was good looking or good in bed that he saved her from the CROc.
If he had life heavy life insurance on her he should of said to the croc. eat well my friend!!

This type of thing has always been my own worst nightmare. I ofyen wonder if I would have the courage to do just this for my family...or for anybody for that matter.

Now that's a real man. I think Aussie, Norm Mereen is tops for bravely saving his wife, Wendy from that bloody Croc'! And as far as a 'macho' impressions in a huge right way, WOW! beats Prince William landing a helicopter in his girlfriends garden, that so many find masculine impressiveness at it's finest.

He is even humble about it and knows that's how love is supposed to be! What a true Hero!
