I know several pro wrestlers and trust me, they are NOT stupid, uneducated hicks by any means. One VERY popular wrestler was actually close to becoming a docotor when he decided to follow his dream. His friend and tag team partner is a very successfull business man, and one is actually and accountant. They ARE incredible athletes that get hurt. Yes the end is scripted, but I dare anyone to actually get in the ring and do what these men and women do every day!

TV Reporters usually go beyond normal reasoning. OK so wrestling is fake but so is any movie that you watch. Leave the fake action up to the professional participants and go find another stroy somewheres else. Any reporter that gets in my face and accuses me of not presenting real action in the ring should expect and would receive some of the fake hits which can be painful - but they are fake, huh? Reporters - ask your questions but when told to get out of their face - leave the wrestlers alone - this is good advice to your health.

For those of you who think all wrestlers are dumbies... you're quite wrong!!! My son is Brimstone, google him. He's a smart man and works very hard. When they take falls, they really take falls. When they get hit with chairs, they're real chairs. Good wrestlers are taught not to hurt the people they fight, meaning they know where to hit the person on the head with the chair or how to throw them.

Pros have to go to school and get licenses to wrestle. Of course it's entertainment also. The idea is to have a bad guy and a good guy so people really get into what they're watching.

Look for Brimstone's clothing line coming out within the next few months!!

Stopped watching at Stossel getting slapped -- I didn't find it funny when it happened (I was, like, 10, AND a fan of wrestling and yet was still disgusted), and I don't think it's fodder for comedy now.
