What guy hasn't had this happen: You're having a little bit too much to drink on New Year's Eve, you wind up having a one-night stand with a dude, and the next morning you need to have a deodorant can surgically removed from your butt? It's not like plenty of other things don't get extracted from kinky patients' rear ends (check out x-rays of a light bulb, a gun, and a bottle on the inside). However, in the YouTube era, rectal removals by doctors can get posted for public viewing.
Doctors in the Philippines are facing charges after a cell-phone video showing a six-inch spray deodorant can being taken out of a man's behind appeared online. A three-minute video of doctors and nurses cheering as the item is removed was posted on the video-sharing site, but has since been taken down. A portion of the vid even shows a doctor taking out a perfume bottle and spraying it after the item was extracted.
The patient, who identified himself only as Jan-jan, says he is pretty upset about the whole thing: "I trusted them. And yet they ridiculed me behind my back.... Was that something a professional would do? I can't even walk the streets without being laughed at by neighbors."
Question raised: Alright, what have you had removed from the wrong side?
