For every one bride-to-be, there are between five and 10 bachelorettes, meaning the odds are exceptionally good that an audience of 350 salivating, celebrating women at a male revue will produce one lucky lady of the evening for a dancer. "We bring a smile to women's faces, love us or hate us," says Billy Jeffrey, five-year Chippendales dancer. "They see the show, get mesmerized, their hearts pound. Then they see us afterwards and we can talk one-on-one. They approach us - to get a picture, to ask us where we're from, to interact with us. Things take off from there."
As Kirshenbaum explains: "Every woman goes through a slut phase. And whom do you call when you feel like being a slut? A man-slut."
