Bruno the Kid (1996)

Bruce Willis has gotten way more out of his "Bruno" persona than he probably should have . (See the "The Return of Bruno" album, currently languishing in discount bins.) Not only did Willis voice the weirdly balding kid spy, he also co-wrote the show's theme song and appeared as himself in CGI form for the opening sequences. Few sights are more terrifying than the 3-D head of Willis.
