The question of whether or not it is pornographic could be better addressed.
Rather than asking people who read this is they are themselves aroused if that could see someone being aroused by this.
In my line of work, I am exposed to many variations of alternative sexuality, and whether or not I find it arousing personally is less relevant as to whether or not someone might be, and would plunk down their ducats to indulge themselves.
It might not get me moist, but a block away may well be someone fapping it wildly at the sticky girl Therefore, it is pr0n.

The question of porn is simply: Does it arouse you? High-heeled shoe fetishism is the most common fetish on the planet, so yes, it probably is sexual to some. For others, seeing a girl with NO shoes on is enough to cause an erection, even though she's doing nothing sexual and may not be dressed sexy, etc.
My opinion? This is the stupidest goddamn thing I've ever seen. What's with the sticky shit? It's dumb. To me. The question really is: is it porn TO YOU.
