Just when you were getting comfortable ordering mojitos, there's a new summer drink turning up at block parties. It's a Brazilian lime-muddled import called caipirinha, and it's not a vast departure from a minty mojito. Drink of the Week turned us on to this explainer video created by cachaca manufacturer Leblon. And though other brands, including Pitu and 51, are also available in the U.S., we thought you'd appreciate Leblon's choice to have Victoria provide the tutorial.
