One-Night Stands Not as Fun for Women

From the department of "duh" comes a new study that maintains that women are more likely than men to regret a one-night stand.

The Durham University project found that 80 percent of men had overall positive feelings after a meaningless hookup, including a greater sense of well-being and confidence, compared to only 54 percent of women. Women were more likely to feel used and that their reputations had been damaged.

We don't know how much money was wasted coming to the same conclusion that any hack comedian could have told us for a two-drink minimum, but we felt inspired to reflect back on a few of the decade's most obvious sexual studies.
