The Belgian company InBev, makers of Stella Artois and Beck's beer, has confirmed that it will purchase Anheuser-Busch for $52 billion. While we are bummed to hear that America's largest brewer will now be controlled overseas, we can only imagine how this would affect self-proclaimed "Bud Man," Harry Caray, if he were still with us. At least the broadcaster, wherever he may be, can take some solace in knowing that his beloved Cubbies are tied for the best record in baseball going into the All-Star break.
