Even though baseball fans were told repeatedly over the All-Star Break how important it is to love and respect Yankee Stadium, there's still no shortage of reasons to hate the Yankees as a team. Banned In Hollywood has compiled some of those reasons, including the obvious one regarding Jason Giambi's gimmicky mustache.
We came up with three more reasons to hate the Yankees, because the activity is so damn easy.
-- Derek Jeter Cologne. The idea that we would want to smell like MLB's ultimate poon hound is as offensive as our natural body odor.
-- The Yankee Universe. Yankees fans feel like just because they spend an obscene amount of money to go to the games they deserve some credit for the wins.
-- Bucky F-ing Dent. We call him that and we're not even Red Sox fans.

I thought GOD was pitching the way the announcers raved about Rivera!!! They could not praise him enough. Give me a break. Come on, he's an average reliever with a 3.15 era last year and a 4-3 record this year.

This is redicilous this is complied by ignorant people -- Derek Jeter Cologne- Derek Jeter is the sex symbol for the Yankees, who wouldn't want to smell like one of the most desired, and hottest men in sports? and The Yankees Universe is based on T-shirts that donate their money to a cancer hospital in New York City- and I saw on a hospital rating article that its one of the top ten cancer treatment center hospitals in the COUNTRY. Does Red Sox Nation donate to help save lives???? And this is about the 2008 yankees bucky dent is not on the team- and on the stache? The tigers gave out magglio hair and I don't hear anything on hating the tigers and on Rivera- it wasn't just the announcers, they were simply talking about the reaction of the crowd when Mo's name was called. Also 23/23 is SO and he didn't give up a run in AS game and authough I am being sterotypical I assume red sox fans will read this so before you go hatin mo- realize your own closer can't close against the yankees anymore(he only could do a few) or pick up the AL- and preserve a tie- and it shouldn't of been hard his own teammate tied it for them and he gave one run right back?? jeez and also turns out There were 2 yankees chosen and 3 red sox chosen but how did red sox magically get 3 more players to yankees 1 and magically get taken out after a few innings? ohhhh and they magically just happened to be the only two (non-pitchers) to be taken out in the middle of an inning? showing off that he's keeping the sox players in longer??? and why did he only take varitek to catch 1 inning?
