Taking a leak out in the open is a tricky maneuver. In order to dodge a public urination rap, you've got to be stealthy, somewhat hidden and able to evacuate your bladder with great haste. It's also a bit like real estate, with the onus on location, location, location.A Polish tourist in London showed himself to be not so knowledgeable about the last part by electrocuting himself while urinating on the tracks of a busy train station.
The 41-year-old schoolteacher crept into a recess at Vauxhall Station in South London in an attempt to take a whiz. It's thought that his urine splashed onto an electrical line that powers the trains, unleashing a 750-volt and killed him instantly.
Question raised: What are some better locations than a train station to pee illicitly?
Check out some more ill-advised decision making after the jump.

Don't make eye contact with this. Looking at Chuck Norris in the eyes is like watching "The Ring." You won't know it, but you'll be dead within a week.
Okay, this is the best tattoo we've EVER seen. The artist told us this was the result of a lost bet (awesome). I can't decide who I want to give an awesome beej to more: the dude who thought of it or the dude who actually got it.
Now preppies are getting tats? It's over people! Nothing to see here, folks. Go home to your families.

R.I.P. Ol' Dirty Foot,
This guy doesn't need bongos and a bag of coke to bring the party. He just shows up in shorts with his PARTY LEGS and brings the PARTY VIBES. Even his grandchildren will be high-fiving him when he takes them fishing.
There are about three million Chewy tattoos out there, but this is the funniest rendition I've ever seen. I could look at this every day for the rest of my life and still get a chuckle. Dude, look at it. It's. So. Good.
"Snakes on a Plane" on a douchebag.
This is what happens when chicks die: We turn into magical pink unicorns who get blazed by our big strong Pegasus boyfriends on a cloud in the middle of a rainbow. Then we get to smoke afterwards and nobody tells us it's a cliche.

Water is a paradigm conductor of electricity & urine contains water. In addition electricity travels from the + to the - and so that positively charged rail acted as the perfect storm.

Actually, you're mistaken. Electricity travels from negative to positive. My grandfather was an electrician, so I know what I'm talking about.

---It's getting harder and harder to find a safe place in those emergencies. So, plan ahead. It used to be there was always an alley or a bush nearby somewhere. That guy in London? - What a drip.

I think this is a Polish joke. And, as far as getting electrocuted by peeing on an electric fence, I think not. It could not be any worse than grabbing it although it may rekindle old feelings for some of us.

To the poster that claimed this is not possible, believe it, it is possible. Our cousin did the same thing on an electric fence when we were all kids. He kept getting zapped, which stopped his flow, zap stopped, pee'd again, got zapped again. TRUE STORY. My sister was with him and saw it happen.
So that talk about can't happen because of salts in urine is false. This was an unfortunate incident. That said, I agree with the other poster that said it was a disgusting habit, and men should find a proper bathroom instead of filthing up public areas so they stink. Yuck.

Tom mistakenly mentioned that electricity travels from positive to negative. My grandfather was an electrician, and I know for a fact that electricity travels from negative to positive. Electrons have a negative charge at all times, and opposites attract, so negatively charged electrons can only travel from negative to positive. It's impossible for something that's negatively charged to travel from positive to negative.

Thats impossible. They proved it on Mythbusters. He'd have to be on the third rail to do it.

I believe Ren and Stimpy had it right: "Don't Whiz on ... the electric fence."
There's security cam video of a kid whizzing on an electric security fence in which there's this flash, and the kid keels right over. Myth Busters notwithstanding, I believe with the right conditions, a real jolt can hit you w

It amazes me how someone like Tom Radler can continue to have a job... with spelling and grammar skills as the likes of a 10 year old! Reading AOL's "news" reports really give me a chuckle every day in regards to the horrible writing skills of americans these days. Only goes to show that one should never rely solely on spell-check. A set of human eyes with editing skills is essential... apparently something the "wires" tend to disagree with... or is it just AOL's staff??

Maybe people will think twice about not using the outdoors for releasing their urine? Esp near the Underground rails for fear of a Quick punsihment.ZAPPPPPPP! I would think there was sufficient bathrooms in Europe, but maybe not in some Arab and backward countries! But heck he was not a Muslim?
I do know there is signs all over the place for bathrooms in London, been there! No excuse like ignorance and laziness to get checked out real quick! One less moron on the streets for the Bobbies to arrest and ticket? I kind a thought most people could read picture signs!? DUH! Bathrooms are all over the place!

Hot damn it man I thought I was going to die laughing I laughed so hard. My poor dog began to howl with fright after hearing my laughter more than 2 minutes. My brother in-law who lives with my wife and I in our quaint little bungalow in the heart of Ottawa came in to my room to see what the ruckus was about asked me to read it to him after which I started right up again. Would he had been better off if someone had told him to "go piss up a rope" and he went out and tried that instead?
