Okay, we know that Ratchet, one of the Transformers, isn't strictly speaking a real-life robot. But we had to include him here.

Why? Because of his job description. Ratchet is the medical doctor for the Transformers. Think about that. They're robots. What do they need a doctor for?

Rarely seen in battle, Ratchet is little-to-no use to anyone, least of all the human race.

He is therefore voted the weirdest robot in history: so much potential, so much wasted talent.
