Since August is official "What Will Be Your Legacy" month, we've been pondering how we'll be remembered. It's difficult to predict, because no matter what you're doing in life, even if you're creating the most dynamic men's publication on the Web, there's still a chance you'll only be remembered for the bizarre way in which you got taken out. At best, your death will be badass, and, at worst, it will involve autoerotic asphyxiation.

With the idea of legacy in mind, we've compiled a collection of crazy ways people actually died. And though you might not be able to choose exactly the way you'll go, perhaps these accounts will help you make better choices. Either way, you're dead, so you probably won't care that much.
