Ever since McCain selected former beauty queen Sarah Palin as his running mate, we've been wondering what other public figures have sexy pageant pasts. So instead of the usual question "Where are they now?" we decided to ask "Where were they then?" In the case of the women in this gallery, they were sashaying around in evening gowns and answering questions about world peace as beauty pageant contestants. (Because if there's one thing we know, it's that competing in pageants is all about talent and scholarships, and has absolutely nothing to do with bathing suits.)
Check out our gallery of famous former beauty queens and let us know which ones look better now than they did in their sashes, and which have felt the cruel sting of beauty's fade since their reigns.

I hear people saying they will not vote for McCain because he voted with Bush a lot. These same people blame Bush for Americas ills. History will show that Bush is NOT to blame for these troubles. The gas prices and economic troubles are global. Global. Seriously, do these people really think that President Bush single-handedly ruined the whole planet? Also, if McCain is not experienced enough to be president, then Obama is not experienced enough to run a McDonalds. It is eerie how people will only see what they want to see. And dangerous.

CHEATOCRAPS
The democraps , Obama and liberals know that the only way possible for him to win is to CHEAT the electorate , maybe that's why his campaign gave $800 thousand dollars to a CROOKED liberal GET-OUT-THE-VOTE organazation known as ACORN , this liberal GUTTER-SQUAD is under investigation for VOTER-FRAUD in at least 11 STATES , Obama's entire political existence is based on LIES & COVER-UPS, just knowing the company he keeps proves that out , America-haters the likes of Jeramiah Wright & William Ayers and tax-cheats like Charles Rangel , also Incompetants like Barney Frank & Christopher Dodd . These REASONS are why my VOTE goes to McCain/Palin 08

And for all you folks who keep bashing the "liberal" and "biased" media...
Remember Monica Lewinsky? Remember White Water?
Of course you do, because that's all we heard for months... media intensity, directed against a sitting President who was a Democrat.
Republicans are such whiners, when things aren't going your way.

Any time that Clark opens his mouth, he leaves no doubt that he is a fool. Now we have Murtha who believes that our service men are murdering Iraqi civilians. Obama has said something similar and so has Rangel. Senator Drbin has said that our soldier are worst than hitler. The problem is not what they say as much as the fact that their supporters believe it and just run with it. There seems to be many low life charlatans that make unfounded accusations. Given that Murtha also believes his constituents are such racists, he will have a chance after Obama gets elected to hold hearings. Acutally, they are not racists. They are fools just like Clark for electing Murtha.

If John McCain would have spent his time telling the American people how he was going to change the conditions of the economy instead of bad mouthin Obama he would be in much better shape. Also he should have picked a better running mate. His health care plan would be disaster and the fact he is just another George Bush,he has nothing to offer.

Most of this doesn't really matter. However, check the new polls out here on AOL. The new AP (Associated Press) has the race dead even. BO 44% and McCain 43%. The pollester will have to get it right and stop misinforming the people in the two weeks. The reason? Simple. If they are off on election day its is bad for their business. The reason is people hire them to do polling, if they are off 9 or 10 points it doesn't say much for their ability to poll.

I am not concerned about Sarah Palin's pagent days, as much as I am concerned about Barack Obama's cocaine useage, and his Communist associations. I would like to know why he donated $832,000 to ACORN to Cheat out the Vote!

The intersting thing is McCain said Obama is disrespectful to women because of how he treated Hillary in a campaign. Yet he is the one who bailed on his wife when she became ill, and ran off with a wealthy piece of arm candy whose only self-achieved accomplishment today is that she is the wife of a Senator. Then McCain chose a totally unqualified beauty queen to hang off of his other arm. Obama married a highly educated and independently successful woman to whom he has remained faithful (I'm sure if not it would have been uncovered by now). The question of who is more honorable when it comes to commitment is not even close.
