This is the long-overdue meeting of two bastions of white-trash cuisine: boxed mac and the perennial favorite "nacho dip" you remember from Super Bowl parties. Ever wish you could just eat that dip with a fork? Now you can.1. Prepare macaroni and cheese per package directions.
2. Add 2-3 ounces of Velveeta or more, depending how "creamy" you want it.
3. Add 1/4 to 1/2 can Ro-Tel Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies.
4. Optional: add cooked ground beef.
5. !Caramba!
