There are few film roles more associated with masculine style than James Bond. With Daniel Craig taking a second stab at staking his own claim to the iconic role in "Quantum of Solace," we thought it appropriate to reexamine the cool credentials of the original inhabitant of 007's dinner jacket, Sean Connery. Many argue that Connery's mix of brooding machismo and sarcastic swagger made him the classic Bond. We present as Exhibit A this pic of a young Sean departing an appropriately Swinging London-looking pad clad in mod-ish turned up jeans, a bold red sweater and a dapper driving cap. Can you really argue with a man who manages to look this cool while going out golfing? (Please ignore "Zardoz" while answering this question.)
Check out the details of Connery's style after the jump.
