We have followed the love life of Manuel Uribe, who once held the record for the world's fattest man, with a delight comparable only to that which always shows in the ebullient 43-year-old's happy expressions. We watched with rapt attention as he rented a forklift to carry him to a date, on his wedding day as he navigated the aisle on a special maternity bed and now we are excited to hear of his latest achievement: finally consummating the his marriage with the help of a special sex ramp.

Uribe, who has lost over 500 pounds with the support of his now-wife Claudia, was still too large to do the deed on his wedding night. So his friends built the jolly newlywed a concrete-reinforced, three-foot ramp to raise his lower body and allow his blushing bride better access to the goods.

Says Manuel, "We have finally had sex and we are a true couple in the eyes of God. We feel like we are in heaven here on Earth."

It's just one more reason we know Manuel must be a great guy -- we can barely get our friends to pick up a bar tab, much less break out the power tools to help us get laid.
