We were always told that staring at breasts for too long makes you look like a creep. Turns out in Uganda, it can also knock you unconscious.Cops in Kampala, Uganda have issued a warning to horny bar patrons, particularly traveling businessmen, to be wary of women sporting cleavage that may be chloroformed. Apparently, a criminal gang has been using well-endowed females to entice potential robbery targets. When the hapless marks get too close to the chloroform-smeared breasts, they become incapacitated (no doubt sweetly dreaming of nuzzling flesh), allowing the gang to go to work.
"You find the person stripped totally naked and everything is taken from him," explains a police spokesman. "And the victim doesn't remember anything. He just remembers being in the act of romancing."
We're pretty sure there is a moral in this story about not thinking with your unit and/or treating women as objects, but that being said, this sounds like a great way to be knocked unconscious and robbed in a Ugandan bar.

It sounds like it would be much more difficult for the women involved to avoid breathing the chloroform in than it would be for the men. I also am curious how much would soak in through the skin.
