Some dreams, like graduating from medical school or making out with Megan Fox, are big and far-reaching, causing the dreamer to struggle under the weight of his own impossible ambition. Others, like serving chicken wings in a bikini, are more attainable -- unless you're Melody Morales, whose dream of working at the Hawaiian Tropic Zone was cruelly wrenched away from her like so many pillowy starlet lips.

The former Hooters girl says she was denied employment at the Times Square restaurant where servers sling brewskies and ribs in unseasonable beachwear because of her accent, claiming a manager told her, "You don't speak white" and "You are ghetto."

"Not to brag, but I look good in a bikini," said Morales. "I could have done a perfect job there."

HTZ, which bills itself as "the hottest place on earth," says the lawsuit is without merit, and while we can't speak to their reasons for not hiring Morales, we just hope it's not a sign that this recession is finally hitting the once impenetrable breastaurant industry.
