That's the question inquiring stoner minds want to know now that 14-time Olympic gold medalist Michael Phelps has confessed to taking bong hits at a November party. Phelps made the admission after a photo surfaced on the cover of the British tabloid News of the World. Because of new Olympic drug laws, Phelps' eligibility for the 2012 games may now be in jeopardy.

"I engaged in behavior which was regrettable and demonstrated bad judgment," said the dolphin-like human in a statement. "I'm 23 years old and despite the successes I've had in the pool, I acted in a youthful and inappropriate way, not in a manner people have come to expect from me."

Question Raised: In light of this, should the U.S. Olympic snowboarding team make Phelps an honorary member?
