Everyone's been making a big fuss this week over the pilot who safely landed a plane in the Hudson River last month. Sure, he's a genuine hero, but there's more to cockpit exploits than saving lives. Observe the case of David Martz, a helicopter pilot who flies celebrities like Tommy Lee.

Martz is in trouble with the Federal Aviation Administration after he flew erratically on a recent trip with Lee -- leading cops to think he was flying drunk. Later, a video surfaced that depicts Martz getting a beej from porn star Puma Swede while flying his aircraft over San Diego. The video, which was taken in 2007, first showed up on TMZ and Martz apparently doesn't think the tape is such a big deal. He told TMZ: "That's how we roll and it's no big deal."

"We're in the process of obtaining the video and we're going to investigate the behavior that is depicted on the video," an FAA spokesman said. "Generally speaking, a pilot should be focusing on the act of flying and not be distracted by anything else."

All cockpit jokes aside, are such in-flight antics really so wrong? Is it a crime to fly under the influence of fellatio?
