In an all-around devastating story, baseball great Roberto Alomar is being sued by an ex-girlfriend who claims that he had unprotected sex with her while knowing he had the AIDS virus. According to the suit, the ex-ball player insisted on having unprotected sex with girlfriend Ilya Dall (who says she is HIV negative) and repeatedly told her that he had been tested and was disease-free. Alomar quit baseball over health issues in 2005, but his lawyer will not confirm whether or not he is HIV positive, only calling the lawsuit "frivolous." Ugh. Happy Wednesday.
