Tomorrow is Middle Name Pride Day, and while it's not an official holiday, it's important that everyone with strange middle names is properly prepared. Too long have those with odd middle monikers kept them from the world, afraid to allow the marquee to light up with names like Spittal and Unit. So to mark the prideful occasion and to encourage those hidden in the shadows to follow the path of Jennifer Love Hewitt, we've tracked down the 15 weirdest middle names, including a couple that were bravely self-applied.

I don't think that the boy with all of the superhero names should be placed on this list. After all, it's not like his parents gave him the name(s). Idiotic kid named himself.

I was the fourth girl in my family and received a family last name which was my mother's name as well. My middle name was Stanley which I went by all through elementary school until 5th grade. Imagine the embarrassment for a girl when the book "Flat Stanley" came out and was a popular book to read. That is also the same time when Stanley tools came out with the commercial and jingle, "Stanley, We want to help you do things right". Could it be any more embarrassing???

Wonderful Terrific Monds...sounds like a stripper name... the other people with superman, spiderman....etc. is just plain silly. We need to start requesting birth cerificates when celeb or people attempting to make news before we talk about those foolish names... I beleive some middle names were family names (i.e maiden names of relatives....my family on my grandfather's side was famous for doing that...

While I think that many of these middle names are family names some of the rest are just plain silly, either wishful thinking or ignorance on part of parents. I have an unusual and long last name and was very careful in picking names for my children. I am also the only female in my family that does not have Marie as middle name..I am Louise. LOL

My middle name is Rose, and I love it. It comes from my Grandma Rose (my mother's grandmother, my great-grandmother0, and I think my dad liked it because it was Irish. I write my middle name on EVERYTHING and the Rose is my favorite flower.

Those weren't weird middle names (mostly). Many were probably last names of their mother or some other relative. And as far as Keifer Sutherland - his middle names were normal - Keifer is the strange name. Well actually, Keifer is a cool name, but just not the norm.
