Maybe make a nice mug of of herbal tea. Feeling better? OK, then read on.Turns out, Tuesday at 11:45 a.m. is the most stressful time of the week, at least according to a survey of 3,000 people commissioned (inevitably) to promote a health supplement.
Apparently, anxieties are exacerbated on the second work day of the week due to employees' habit of spending Monday checking e-mail and Facebook, leaving a heavier workload for Tuesday.
Sounds about right to us. We're too hopped up on coffee and hungover recriminations to be stressed on Monday, and by Wednesday morning we're already counting the hours till the weekend.
