Sexually charged conversations and innuendo in the workplace drag down office morale.A study of 1,004 employees revealed that among the 40 percent who encountered sex talk on the job, half claimed it either didn't bother them or they enjoyed it. Yet researchers found a clear correlation between sexual references and low workplace morale.
Surprisingly, it was the men who take it worst when frat-house behavior hits the workplace. "Men may feel pressure to laugh, but they walk away feeling uncomfortable, like they were humiliated slightly," explained the study's lead.
Of course, at Asylum, low workplace morale is a price we're willing to pay to bring our readers the latest in sexual-innuendo-filled news and pictures.
