Shep you're a damn good man but after 30 years protecting the National Security of this great country it is just plain stupid to think that our men and women in uniform would not do what ever is necessary to extract the information necessary to save the live of their buddies. It's not a political thing, It just pure reality. You mess with my country, you do bad things to our men and women in uniform I would rsather humiliate you that kill you becasue dying is to fast an to good for most of these people. Believe me say what you will and there are some exceptions but nobody likes war but I know of no soldier that would not do whatever they felt necessary to gain the upper hand if they felt it would save lives. Here's my idea on torture, I feel that the US should abide by the Genivia Convention's, as long as our enemies do likewise. We should tell them straight out if you abide we will if not then YOU LOSE. Period. We are the fairest nation in the world, but we have become to politically correct. We should also adopt Mexico's immigration Policy since our's doesn't seem to work. But first we need to get rid of the Namby Pambies like Janet Napalitano, Scary Harry Reid, Nancy Pigosi just to name afew. America needs STRONG leadership now and we don't have it. We have a bunch of Socialist's doing everything they can to make the USA into the USSA,a third world country.
