Ever since Martin Scorsese attached himself to a Frank Sinatra biopic there has been speculation he would put Leonardo DiCaprio, his post-De Niro muse, in the title role. Now we get word that Leo, whose singing wasn't good enough to be cast in "Moulin Rouge," has hired a vocal coach so he can sound more like Sinatra.

This seems like a terrible idea -- and not just because of the bad singing. Over the past decade, has DiCaprio ever been in a movie in which you weren't thinking THAT'S LEONARDO DICAPRIO the whole time you watched?

Leo as the Chairman of the Board is sure to create a kind of famous person overload that could overwhelm even the most well-crafted script. Agree?
