We've been receiving alerts that women in bikinis are popping up in unlikely places -- like NYC's Grand Central Station, wearing business blazers and heels over their beach gear. We strongly suspected Improv Everywhere, but when we contacted creator Charlie Todd, he told us, "Improv Everywhere had nothing to do with the bikini stunt. It's just another example of people copying our style and using it for marketing." (He also suggested we promote IE's new book.)
