Men with muscular bodies have more sex, but are less healthy than their slender counterparts.A study of 5,000 18- to 49-year-old males confirmed that beefcake types do better with the ladies, though the extra testosterone needed for these muscles acts to suppress the immune system. Also, the study found that muscle mass, more than body mass, leads to a bigger appetite.
Researchers believe, from a historical standpoint, these two drawbacks of a muscular build are why all males haven't evolved to look like He-Man.
Unfortunately, the spare tire look remains neither healthy nor attractive.

Oh really. Steroids are unhealthy? Who knew.
I somehow doubt they used only non-drug users in their study.

Educate yourself before you make asinine assumptions about the effects and prevalence of a drugs use.

"Researchers believe, from a historical standpoint, these two drawbacks of a muscular build are why all males haven't evolved to look like He-Man."
I'd like to hear researchers explain the advantage of evolutionary adaptations like astigmatism, congenital heart defects, inherited scoliosis, asthma, and migraines, among other conditions. Perhaps the reduced prevalence of muscular individuals is due to the fact that we have developed crutches to account for physical malformations. Genes for weakness will no longer be competed out of existence. It also sounds like an excuse for skinny, weak, vindictive scientists to justify being virgin pussies.
