A little background: Partagas cigars were originally made in Cuba, which is still known to produce the best stogies around. Of course, you can't get the Cuban fatties, unless you travel to Canada, which we would never, ever do.

All you have to do is, first, purchase a four-pack of the Partagas Black Label smokes to find an entry code; then you need to write an essay (between 100-200 words) explaining why you need a Cigar Cave and how you are a second-class citizen because you're currently forced to smoke in the doghouse.
