In 1993, the Pacific Coast Guard intercepted a submarine carrying a load of cocaine. Since then, over 30 dope-smuggling submersible craft have been captured, while an untold number continue to move their freight. VBS.tv recently sent correspondents to learn more about cartel subs, and why this new form of transport is a much more effective way of getting Americans the happy powder they just can't seem to get enough of.
