Jeff Goldblum Is Not Dead

Yesterday was a dark day for celebrity news, as two icons of my generation, Farrah Fawcett and Michael Jackson, each died rather suddenly. Then, I got some surreal news that was really upsetting. All over Twitter, there were reports that Jeff Goldblum had fallen to his death while shooting a movie in New Zealand. I was immediately all over it.

Thankfully, the Goldblum rumor turned out to be a hoax, a silver lining to an otherwise dismal day. As it turns out, there were a bunch of celebrity death hoaxes floating around the Internet last night, including Harrison Ford, but this is the only one that fished me in.
