Japanese researchers have unveiled a robot that can mimic seven human emotions.Kobian comes equipped with lips, eyebrows and human-looking hands, and he uses them -- along with his whole body -- to communicate everything from joy to disgust. The talented robot can also perceive its environment and perform tasks. (See video of Kobian emoting, after the jump.)
The android was conceived as a caretaker and companion for the elderly, but now its developers think Kobian could also be an effective nurse.
Well, at least we know that our eventual robot overlords will be able to smile back when we welcome them.

Its nice to heard about, yes Japan Technology reallyt exist. Here in the Philippines particularly in Cebu City, Japan Technology exist like constructing a a reclamation area,that before it is an ocean but now it is a Hundred Percent, land area, its Amazing.
