Karolina Kurkova, the supermodel known for not having a navel, announced yesterday that her famously smooth belly is six months pregnant. The father will be Archie Drury, a former marine and a Scientologist -- which is sort of a freaky combination. In fact, if you combine Drury's military skills and close personal relationship with Xenu with Kurkova's clearly mutant genes, their spawn could very well pose a threat to humanity.
So the least she can do, before endangering us all, is to pose for one of those semi-nude pregnant-lady magazine covers that semi-nude pregnant ladies are so fond of posing for.
Some shots that truly celebrate the miracle of life after the jump.
Demi Moore started the whole pregnant cover girl thing. We can debate whether pregnant women can be sexy forever, but it seemed to have caught the eye of a 13-year old Ashton Kutcher.
A sad reminder that Britney Spears has children.
Just like Britney, Christina Aguilera is a pop star, a former Mousketeer and a semi-nude pregnant cover girl
Monica Bellucci is attractive in any language or gestation period.
Come on, Halle, the whole idea is that you celebrate the miracle of life by getting more nude than that. From the Web:

Here is my opinion just thrown out there. I think these pics are beautiful. Non of these pics are shown with the woman's legs open with fingers in her mouth. It's to show the beauty of being pregnant, that SO many women become ashamed of when they start showing the belly! I'm not here to judge wether they had babies in or out of marraige. Now days, a lot of people have babies outside of marraige and make wonderful parents. I did with my first. I do believe in God and the bible, but I know that God says the most important thing is to LOVE others- not sit around and judge as if you were God (thank God you aren't lol or we'd all be screwed). When you are just sitting around making accusations and being judgemental, you are giving the wrong impression of who God is. He is a God of love, not a judge waiting to slam you with a hammer. You can EASILY read that in the new testament. In fact, I have a lot of friends who claim to be Athiests. But I don't sit around and judge them or treat them any differently than myself. They have their opinions and I have mine. I'm NOT perfect, and no one is. So why should I put an unrealistic expectation on others when I can't even follow it? It's not fair- especially when they are MY expectations.
So here is my conclusion. Admire the beautiful image of pregnancy and go on with your life.

Good post Bev!!! Perhaps some day folks will grow up and realize just because you do not agree with someone else does not make YOU right either. You don't believe or like religion fine,,,take an honest evaluation of what the world would be like with it. Otherwise, we might as well just kill off all the children and adults that are not wanted or pulling their own weight. After all there is no morals or rule of law that matters if there is no higher law or religion as you can to point out.

Free speech??? I have heard that so many times in the last month it is driving me crazy. Free does NOT mean you have the ability or right to say anything you want without taking responsibility for it...We live in the counry of Land of the Free and the Home of the Brave mean,,You are "FREE" to say anything you are "BRAVE" enough to suffer the consequences for. Free speech,,is NOT free

The world has not suddenly become "morally sick," which just means that you don't like the changes that are occurring. All of the things you find "sick" or "immoral" have been present throughout human history. They didn't just appear in the 20th Century. It's a myth that the "world is going down the tubes" and that some people (read "Christians") "still have strong values." In fact, murder, genocide, rape, child abuse, slavery (including sexual slavery) are all condoned and encouraged by Jehovah in the Old Testament. Moreover, the nuclear family (one man married to one woman + kids) was not "invented by God," and you can read numerous instances of "God's people" practicing non-traditional family arrangements. For example, the Israelites were told frequently by Jehovah to take young virgins as "wives" from the peoples they massacred at his command, and Israelite men were allowed to have multiple wives and concubines (sex slaves). Followers of the Bible would be best to think carefully about the "morals" expounded in their most holy book before they start exhorting the rest of us to follow its rules. Furthermore, the notion that an evil angel (Satan) can "tear down" the works of an omnipotent and omniscient creator is absurd. If God is in control of everything, then he is therefore responsible for the goings-on in this universe he created (this includes Satan and his actions). If you believe that God has a plan for the world (that involves sin, death, redemption), then all of your finger-wagging and complaining is pointless and shows a lack of faith in God's plan. Things will happen as He wills it, according to his plan, regardless of your opinions and desires. Just because you can't see his plan in the "sickness" of modern society doesn't mean that the things are not going according to his plan, which seemingly includes the exact changes ("moral sickness") in society that you are decrying.

These out of wedlock births, one can only say that time is the great teacher and no one can be sure about anything, but as we who have been around for awhile can attest time has a strange
way of setting the record straight.

I think we have forgotten that the only one who can really judge is God Himself. As a practicing Catholic Christian I believe that there is way too much premarital sex today, which is helping to erode our society's morals. There seems to be nothing more than living in the moment and instant gratification without commitment. I say that as an observation and not as a judgement. I do not think we are doing justice to our children when we show them that there is no responsibility or accountability for our actions. We are turning away from God during a time when we need His help more than ever. Please don't tell me to keep my opinions to myself because I live in a country where I am able to express my own opinions too, just as you all can. I happen to be thankful that I have beliefs and a strong Catholic faith.

To Bev and Stacy,
I firmly agree with the both of you. Marriage is a wonderfull thing and to have a child of out wedlock is morally wrong. It's wrong to have sex before marriage and children. To the others who disagree, i'm sorry for you. Obviously you werent raised on good morals and what's right.

Everyone has their own opinion. Just because you have one, doesn't make you right. "Obviously you werent raised on good morals and what's right." That's a ridiculous statement and YOU have no morals or you wouldn't insult the way anyone thinks or lives their life. It's not YOUR life. And until you are completely flawless, you have no room to judge anyone because I can guarantee without even knowing you, that you aren't perfect. Take a look in the mirror sister.

To Bev and Stacy,
I firmly agree with what you said. To have a child out of wedlock is morally wrong. I appreciate that you know what's right and what's wrong. I myself was raised to know that you must be married before having intimate relations. I may be younger than some of you but i was brought up to do the right thing. I'm sorry for those of you who disagree. it just goes to show that you do not have any regards or morals for yourself or family.

Gee, will everybody get off their God-ness?? Goodness! Take religion and your undeveloped judgments out of other people's lives. To bring religion into discussions is very small-minded. Religion is the bane of human existence. Evidence shows that the more intelligent one is, the less religious one is. So, people, forget about fairy tales, fiction, and myths; just develop good morals for yourself and live ethically. Keep your fairy-tale gods out of everyone elses's life. Your opinions will be better thought-out, your intellect will thank you by growing, and your friends will stop rolling their eyes.

Can someone please list the bible passage that says people MUST get married, I must have missed it. AND when you get on your soap box and say that what other people are doing is wrong (and you're someone other than GOD) you ARE judging them. The Bible says "judge not that you be not judged" so Bev you need to go back and read your Bible again (or maybe for the first time).

I personally think you are all just hypocrits and all of you all need to stop pushing everyone's opinions beliefs etc. and just need to mind your own business and leave everyone alone and quit pushing everything whether it be christianity believing not believing etc. if someone wants to believe they will is someone wants to get married or have kids or not they will that is THEIR CHOICE and should not be looked down on bc of it no matter what their decision is everyone has their own things and everyone should just mind their OWN business and not worry about anything or anybody else but themselves no matter what the subject is the real problem is now that just no one now a days knows how to keep their mouth shut and mind their own business everyone just has to make EVERYTHING a power struggle or debate or an arguement just SHUT UP and worry about yourselves and not everyone else for one and that goes for everyone on both sides believers or not high morals or not EVERYONE!!!!

What I don't understand about the whole baby out of wedlock thing is a lot of these men and women are in committed relationships (engaged, been together for years, living together, etc.)! So why not get married before having the baby? That's the part that I don't get.

gee, everyone else is going to hell because they are immoral for not following YOUR belief system? how progressive of you to respect that other people believe in different things, things are are in no way an insult to your own beliefs. in someone else's belief system, YOUR way of life may be the "wrong" one. so before consigning others to hell for their beliefs, maybe you should consider that your own consign you to their version of hell, only they aren't rubbing it in your face. you are an example of the Bible's teachings to 'love thy neighbor'? yeah, thanks for that. everyone will be judged by their own personal God when the time comes, it's not your place to do so.

Can no one simply mind their own business? If you do not like what someone is doing don't read about it or look at it. I am so sure that many of you could straighten out your own lives. I especially like the so called "Christians" that judge everyone! Better study up on that Bible and pay attention in church and learn something. You have no right to judge. Hypocracy is what runs many so called Christians.
