Everyone appreciates that Schwarzenegger had a long, luxurious career as an action star, but no one's seen a real Predator in L.A. since the last time someone saw Danny Glover. Schwarzenegger posted the video on Twitter to thank the good citizens of California for having such great feedback and ideas. To punctuate his point, he has a knife big enough to cut the head off of a rhino. At his desk. At work.

Schwarzenegger told reporters the vid was just a "little bit of fun," but if we learned nothing else from Dick Cheney, it's that politicians brandishing weapons only leads to awkward press conferences and paramedics.

Arnold is operating at a 14 year old level. He is as dumb as a stump. People couldn't wait to recall "boring" Gray Davis and vote in a muscle-bound washed-up movie star. Well, you wanted him, and now you've got the government you deserve. California is in worse shape than Mississippi and all because we've got an aging body-builder (God Help us!) grievously mismanaging the State's finances and stubbornly refusing to do what's right. Are you all stupid??!?!?!!! The knife he is holding is actually a sword from one of his movies, Conan the Barbarian. He keeps it in one of his offices for each time he signs a new bill, I think it's to keep the mood lighthearted amidst the heavy depressing HUGE debt that our state is in. He is a smart governor who knows what this state needs, government spending cuts. From his first day in office and even until now he has been saying "California does not have a revenue problem but a SPENDING problem!" He may not be the best because he is easily swayed by party politics and lobbyists but at least give him the credit of being governor in one of the biggest crisis this state as ever faced. Until you have been in his shoes and know what he deals with, keep your two-cents to yourself!. And remember, You voted him in!

Excuse me, isn't the real issue here, the fact that some California politicians are so worried about reelection that they are afraid to make the cuts needed to balance the budget? The people in Wisconsin and Maine are not going to pay for their lack of intestinal fortitude so they had better worry less about the antics of the soon to be former governor (term limits) and more about the task they have at hand.

Oh please, if I, an employee of the state of California brought a knife to work and brandished like that, I would have been escorted off the premises and at the very least, given an unpaid suspension. An Arnold would probably have made a commercial about how "overpaid state workers" can afford to buy such big knives. Guess what - compared with city and county employees who do my same job, I make less money, pay more for less benefits and have a smaller retirement. And to all the haters who make derogatory comments about state employees, if you think the job is so great, why don't you work here? I have had a total of a 9% payraise over the last ten years (we get no annual cost-of-living-increase) while paying more for my benefits while receiving less of them. I know make less than I did 10 years ago while Arnie is grandstanding with a knife playing a (non)action hero. Guess what? This isn't a movie, this is real life.
