In what sounds like the plot to a new Seth Rogen movie, two New York state janitors have been accused of using taxpayer dollars to furnish a "man cave" in the Capitol, complete with a TV, DVDs, couches, board games and marijuana.

Investigators raided the secret party hideout in the Capitol garage facility last week after becoming suspicious of Louis Marciano, a supervisor with the Office of General Services, and Gary Pivoda, a cleaner, who racked up nearly $30,000 in overtime payouts over the past five years.

According to a spokesperson for State Inspector General Joseph Fisch, the two slackers showed up for work every afternoon at 4, sparked up a few joints, then slept on the couch while their co-workers did the cleaning for them. Pivoda also allegedly used his government-provided maintenance truck to deliver weed to other state employees.

Both men were suspended without pay, Pivoda was charged with marijuana possession, and the party room was dismantled.

Asylum's stance: We're fine with using taxpayer dollars to furnish a man cave as long as we get to use it.
